Representing the leaders in business, arts, education, and neighborhoods, Downtown Shareholders members are vested partners in shaping Downtown as a dynamic urban center. The Downtown Shareholders is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 organization, enabling members to deduct their investment as a business expenses.
As a business or property owner, you already have a stake in Kansas City's Downtown. Downtown Shareholders membership gives you greater influence on Downtown's resurgence.

The Downtown Shareholders is primarily funded through membership dues. Membership is open to all partnerships, firms, corporations, nonprofit organizations, businesses and individuals interested in the welfare and development of Downtown Kansas City, Kansas. A convenient dues structure allows members to participate based upon their interest and ability to pay. Dues are paid annually.
